Built for clarity

The numbers you need, connected to the decisions you make.

See the portfolio first, then move naturally from performance to positions, income and market context without rebuilding the same picture in different tools.

See what is moving

Value, open cost, unrealized result, cash and concentration share the same portfolio context.

Keep strategies separate

Manage independent portfolios and currencies without losing the active context.

Know what comes next

Put dividend history, expected payments and market events on a clear timeline.

Portfolio overview

Know where you stand before looking for the next idea.

Follow value and open cost over time, understand allocation and spot concentration without turning raw transactions into another spreadsheet.

  • Performance tied to the selected portfolio
  • Allocation by asset, sector and region
  • Price and FX freshness kept visible

Portfolio management

Separate portfolios. One consistent workflow.

Keep long-term, income or experimental strategies independent. Add transactions one by one or review a CSV before anything is saved.

  • Own base currency for every portfolio
  • Open and closed positions with precise cost
  • Editable CSV preview before import

Dividend workspace

Turn dividend data into a timeline you can understand.

Review gross historical income, distinguish confirmed events from estimates and see upcoming ex-dividend and payment dates in context.

  • Historical income and forward 12-month view
  • Calendar with confirmed and estimated events
  • Annual goal and clearly hypothetical projections

Market context

Research an asset without forgetting the position you already own.

Put price history, key statistics, upcoming events and your personal position next to each other. Cached data always carries its freshness.

  • Historical ranges and optional S&P 500 comparison
  • Your shares, average cost and unrealized result
  • Watchlist notes and price targets in beta

A simple workflow

From transactions to a portfolio you can actually read.

Start with the data you already have. Investment Tracker turns it into a consistent view without asking you to connect a broker.

  1. 01

    Create your portfolio

Choose its name and base currency. Add another whenever a strategy needs its own space.

  2. 02

    Add or import transactions

Record buys and sells manually, or review and correct a CSV before confirming the import.

  3. 03

See performance and what comes next

Move from portfolio metrics to dividends, events and tracked assets with the same context.

Transparent by design

Financial data is useful when its limits stay visible.

Investment Tracker keeps portfolio ownership, data freshness and the difference between observed and estimated figures explicit.

Create account

Private portfolio context

Every portfolio view is tied to the signed-in owner and the selected portfolio.

Freshness you can see

Prices and exchange rates show when they were updated instead of pretending cached data is live.

Honest estimates

Confirmed, estimated and unavailable values remain distinct across dividends and reports.

Stronger account access

Use local sign-in or Google and add two-factor authentication to your account.

Good to know

Questions before you start.

Clear answers about what the application does — and what it does not claim to do.

Do I need to connect my broker?

No. Add buy and sell transactions manually or import a CSV after reviewing its rows. Investment Tracker does not currently connect directly to brokers.

Can I manage more than one portfolio and currency?

Yes. Portfolios remain independent and each one has an explicit base currency. Positions can still include assets traded in other currencies.

Are market prices real time?

No. Market and exchange-rate data is cached. The application shows freshness and keeps the last known value when an update fails.

Are dividend projections guaranteed payments?

No. The application separates confirmed events from estimates and labels hypothetical scenarios. Broker adjustments and withholding can change the amount received.

Does the tax report replace professional advice?

No. The FIFO report is an informative estimate. Tax treatment depends on your circumstances and jurisdiction.

One place for the whole picture

Give your portfolio the context it deserves.

Organize transactions, understand performance and follow the events that matter to the assets you own.
